I just can’t do it today. While working on a post about Obama’s fake support for marriage, I realized that I can’t write that kind of stuff today. We stand on the edge of the cliff, and I fear that our fellow citizens are going to grab our hands and jump off the cliff with us tomorrow. I fear of what is to become of our Republic under a democratic super-majority.
We could awake Wednesday morning to find that we are now led by the unholy troika of Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama. That is indeed a scary thought.
All will hopefully not be lost however if this turns out to be the case. The Democrats will actually have to run the country. I am predicting that they will be totally inept as usual, and the Republicans will regain control of the legislature in two years, and the White House in four. This is the best scenario of course.
I don’t want to think about the worst scenario right now.
